Onyx Tower Black Forge

The Black Forge is infested with spiders and fire elementals. Fire elementals shoot fireballs at you are and immune to fire damage. Use cold weapons or spells for an additional 50% more damage. This area has a huge circle that you don't have to explore fully. Make your way north to fight the daddy of all golems and to find the entrance to the Hall of Remembrance.

  1. Starting Point: This is where you start the Black Forge and is the way back to level three. Remember loop around the big circle for maximum treasure and experience points.

  2. Save Pedestals: These are the save pedestals. Use them often and with multiple slots in case of disaster.

  3. Fireball Traps: There are two fireball traps on this level. Both in hallways, try not to fight any monsters near them.

  4. Steel Golem: Whoa!! The steel golem is one big walking tin can. Hit hits hard, very hard. He is also slow and easily taken down by your quick wits and skill. When he dies, he drops the Onyx Sword. Make sure you grab this sword. It does 90 to 120 points of damage and has very good resale value. Once you have seen what there is to see here, head to the entrance to the Hall of Remembrance.

  5. Entrance to the Hall of Remembrance: This takes you up to safe place to save your game and to talk to one last NPC.
