Magical Properties
+1 Through +5: This is the bonus number you receive with the item. For armor, it adds the value to your armor class.
Elven: Elven armor only weighs 50% of its normal weight.
Rusty: It reduces armor class by -1.
Worn: This reduces armor class by -1.
