Zed was born in Evermeet on a bright and sunny spring day.
In a way, that day was how Zed's demeanor would prove to be: Bright and
warm.
He lived about 125 years in Evermeet, trained to be a bard. After that he
moved to Waterdeep and lived there for three more years before moving on.
After long journeys, he came to Thay. After only one week he was chased
out by the red wizards for starting a slave uprising against the wizards.
He fled to Aglarond, where he now lives. Though his life seems peaceful,
he is steadily chased by Thay's red wizards, and is slightly paranoid that
they
will catch him.
Zed's light-hearted soul can at first make him seem stupid,
though he is everything else.
Zed is mostly unconcerned about authority, but knows how to talk to get
himself out of trouble. His speech is flowery and, mostly, flattering.
He often rains people with compliments and sometimes even starts to sing
when he can't find words for what he's trying to say.
''Just to make people think what I think'' is his explination for this.
Zed is about 6 ft. tall and thin. He has shoulder-lengthed
hair and grey/green eyes. Even though he doesn't look like it, Zed is
a fearsome fighter. At one point in his life (when he was 60 years old),
he managed to kill an orc that had escaped from the underdark. The orc
had gone berserk by
whatever torture he had gone through and lunged straight at Zed. Zed had
mearly picked up a pair of thick sticks and started hitting. He was badly
injured, but finally managed to slay the orc.
This evolved into a dance-like fighting style that, eventually, became
famous for it's entrancing abilities.
