The Four Stooges
The most inept Foursome to ever walk the streets of Athkatla!
A classic party only in the sense that there is a Fighter, a Cleric, a Thief and a Mage. After that, class goes out the window!
Each character has the minimum requirements for his class. For example, Larry the Fighter has a strength of only 9. Similarly Shemp the Mage has an intelligence of 9, Curly the Thief has a Dexterity of 9, and Moe the Cleric has a Wisdom of 9. Great eh? Most other attributes were set to 12 but each character also got one attribute set to 18. I tried to pick the most inappropriate attribute for each character for the high setting; Shemp the Mage got his strength set to 18 so he ends up carrying most of the loot.
So what we end up with is a Fighter with the weakest strength of the group, a Mage with the worst intelligence... well, you get the idea.
Trying to get this party through the first dungeon is a chore. The Fighter isn't strong to lift the weapons for which he has skills. The Mage spells are almost worthless. Curly the Thief put all his thieving skill points into Pickpocket and thus can't open any locked chests in the dungeon. The saving grace is that the Cleric got Summon Animals. Without this spell, I'm not convinced they could have made it through the dungeon by themselves.
This group is so pitiful that no NPCs will join them. They can talk to NPCs to initiate quests but should try to complete all missions using only the original four characters.
If anyone can finish the game with these four, I will award a special prize to that person. Perhaps only a mention on this page, or maybe donations to their favorite mental institution, but at least you will get some credit for your insanity.

Well, technically true. One of the original stooges, Shemp (who was Moe's brother) , dropped out of the group early. There are a few films with Shemp but not many. After Shemp came Curly which then defined the group as we know it today. Late in their career, there were some substitute Curly's but none were as popular as the one shown in the above image.
I used all four of the stooges so I could get a 'balanced' party. But really, there's not much that can help this group.
