Is their faith strong enough to overcome the lack of muscle and wizardry?

Johannes Sterling had dreams of being a Paladin. But his human failings were too much to overcome and he had to settle for the more lowly position of Cleric. This fall, as he saw it, embittered him against all who were not 'like him.' Thus he had only a small group of friends, all sharing some aspect of the priestly vocation.

Currently the party is on a quest for the lost Mace of Disruption. Rumors abound concerning its whereabouts but the mace hasn't been seen in 300 years. He also thinks that the Red Dragon Scale would look pretty good on him. The bad news is that right now the Red Dragon Scale looks pretty good on the Red Dragon.
