Gavlon Ironfist doesn't say much; he usually lets his Axe do the talking. And since he has been practicing with that particular weapon since he could bite his father's kneecap, his Axe talks pretty loud.

Unfettered by the shackles of Law or the Order of Evil, this party has few qualms about 'borrowing' the occasional necklace or killing the odd monster. If there was money or treasure to be had, then they can even embark on an occasional 'good and righteous' quest.

But really---they're just in it for the money. And, of course, for the Battle Axe Frostreaver. Gavlon has been lusting after this weapon since his da first told him wonderful and gory stories about this famous axe. Woe to the foe who tries to take this from him. Assuming he can find it... Besides, he thinks it would be a perfect match for his Helm of Balduran which was given to him from his uncle Greystroke Cleaver. How Greystroke obtained it is unknown. Since Greystroke died from a recent infection as a result of a Red Dragon eating one of his arms, it seems unlikely that anyone will ever know how it came into his possession.

Because of the 'arm' incident, Gavlon's family has an obligation to kill any Red Dragons they might happen to run across.
